Stay For Me is a remarkable book by Megan Smith. Though this can be read as a stand alone book, I would highly recommend the entire series. You will not be disappointed. Stay For Me is a spin-off from the Love Series. You can first meet Eli Sabatino and Layla Del Luca in the book Let Me Love You. They are the best friends of Cooper and Jaylinn, and this story line coincides with theirs. Megan Smith does a fabulous job of telling two completely different stories from the same set of circumstances.Eli and Cooper have decided to open a club and Layla is one of their bartenders. Instantly, Eli is drawn to Layla, though that can cause it's own set of troubles, he cannot deny the force that draws him to her. Layla feels the connection to Eli, but she has a secret she goes to great lengths to cover. Will she be able to overcome her past to have a shot at the future she has always dreamed of.
Words cannot articulately express the range of emotions you will feel while reading this book. Megan Smith captivates you from the beginning with her depth of characters and well developed plot. There are parts of this book that will make you laugh out loud, while others will completely wreck you. I truly enjoyed this book and would recommend it. It is a great addition to her Love Series! Wow......just an amazing story. Layla has lived a hard life trying to keep herself and her little sister's heads above water as she tries to do what's best for them because her dead beat mom doesn't know how. She is also is an abusive relationship with a guy she can't let go because he helps her with the bills and food that she needs. She meets a wonderful man/friend Eli and they become fast friends when he gives her a job at the bar the he and his friend Cooper open. They finally share there feeling for one another and they fall in love!! This story will,leave you just in awww. Don't forget the Kleenex because you will need them. Megan Smith doesn't disappoint!!

This book will not disappoint you on emotional levels to feel for these characters and enjoy Megan's descriptive fun, banter talking, sacrifice making, independent, love finding, trouble having, sexy, and strong characters in her writing
This book shows a true bond and undying love that Eli and Layla shared. The story is a true modern-day romance with a crazy psycho ex-lover that can break your world in a matter of minutes. Eli & Layla have hearts of gold. This book is an emotional one, I laughed, got mad, felt the love between all the characters, felt betrayed, but most of all felt their heart break and tears (lots of tears)!
Megan Smith did a wonderful job writing this book and getting you to relate with the characters in the book. I felt like I was right there with them in their journey.
PS- Megan, please give Eli a HEA!! -( My heart still hurts for him! He needs it!
Simply amazing. You met Eli and Layla briefly before in Let Me Love You but now you see the beautiful, funny and crazy story of how they met and fell in love.
Don't get me wrong there were times I was yelling at both Eli and Layla but I was also laughing and cheering them on. And well it wouldn't be a Megan Smith love story without some crying. And there was lots of that.
This story was real, raw and full of so many emotions and I highly recommend you read it. Megan Smith, you have out done yourself once again.
Wow!! This is the first book I've read by Megan Smith. I stayed up finishing it and now I can't wait to go home and read the Love Series and am trolling her website right now. I am a fan just off of this book alone! it's not one where you have to of read the series to understand what's happening. It hinted that you were missing out on more behind the scenes with other characters but gives you enough to fall in love with them all. There were parts that will leave you beyond shocked! The end of it is not something you'd see coming in the least. Keep going....not that you'll be able to put it down anyways!

When choosing a book to read I seek out books that I can connect with. When I am really lucky I get a book that is so good that the characters emotions become my emotions. When I read good books they play out in my head almost like a movie. When a book is really good I read it from start to finish in one sitting. This book was one of those. If you are wanting a book that will drawl you in and spit you out only once you have read the very last page this book is a must read for you. Wow. I don't know what to say. Going into this book I didn't have any clue where the story would go. I was totally blown off guard which is how it should be when reading a book. Expect the unexpected.
I loved the characters and the way they grew together. Eli and Layla were perfect together. They completed each other and made the other one better. Their story felt real. It wasn't rushed. The chemistry was hot. Their lives were intertwined together. They were in love and starting their lives.
My heart aches and I'm sad. But that's life. I ugly cried. I haven't had a book do that to me in a long time. Any book that pulls emotions from you makes it a good book. I loved this story and would recommend this book.
